This poster pays tribute to Milton Glaser’s seminal poster and speaks to the costs of living in NYC. While many of us may now find ourselves in precarious situations economically, pre-pandemic NYC was a costly place. The poster uses a personal expenses pie chart in a fun and graphic way, highlighting the cost of living but also the availability of all the wonderful bars, restaurants, cafes, boutiques, bookstores, entertainment venues, and other retail spaces that make NYC a great place to live, and which are all now endangered due to the economic fallout of the Covid-19 pandemic.
