Color Theory

May 17, 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Color is nature’s greatest gift. Color has the power to make us feel energized, calm, anxious and tired. When light hits a colored object it can amplify the depth of the color or wash it out. Color Theory is an exploration into the power of color in design featuring original and limited edition works by Rosie Li, Sina Dyks, Dominick Leuci, Darryl Westly and Christina Watka. Rosie Li’s inaugural limited edition collection of lighting sculptures use light and chromatic finishes to amplify the effect of nature’s saturated hues. Sina Dyks’ textiles transport us to a world characterized by “more is more” – color and dimension transform surfaces to evoke a forest floor or an ocean habitat. The overall effect is transformative, elevating your presence and heightening your senses.
