The Norwegian Design Industry (NDI) has assembled a cohort of the leading Norwegian interior design manufacturers to be showcased at the International Contemporary Furniture Fair (ICFF) May 19-21, 2024. The range of products exhibited this year at ICFF 2024 make the Inside Norway Pavilion Booth 715 a one-stop destination of products that encompass every aspect of interior design, home furnishings and building materials suited for residential, commercial and hospitality of interest to architects, interior designers, retailers and real estate developers.
Norwegian artisanship is centuries old using the materials of the country and the crafts making of the indigenous people. Meet the Makers at ICFF 2024
Heymat | Lunnheim | Lundhs | Minus | Norsk Dun
Heymat has redefined and improved the functionality of the utilitarian doormat into a new product category of design décor. Their artful designs are developed in collaboration with some of Norway’s leading designers whose timeless motifs also ensure visual longevity. 100% machine washable and dirt resistant, Heymat decorative mats are made from recycled plastic bottles and 100% sustainable.
Lunnheim launches at ICFF with its first furniture collection designed by founder Kristian Myhre and manufactured at the Lunnheim forge headquarters in Norway. The dramatic intersect of steel and marble sets the contemporary tone. Additional furniture pieces and designer collaborations will be added during the year. Sustainability is a core value. Every piece has formal certifications in place.
Lundhs Real Stone is a collection of high performing natural stones, extracted from the company’s quarries in Norway. A focus for Lundhs in 2024 is their expansion into custom kitchens and baths. At ICFF, Lundhs will unveil their “chef-designed kitchen” to show the practical solutions of how design and choice of materials can work together.
Norsk Dunn is the largest producer of the finest, ethically sourced down bedding in Norway. Winner of a Hospitality Sustainability Award in Norway, a highlight of the 2024 collection is The STAY Balance Duvet. The mesh screens interspersed with down quilting release warm air and invite in fresh air so that regardless of age or gender, everyone can enjoy the incredible benefits of a good night’s sleep.
