In celebration of what would have been Verner Panton’s 100th birthday, we presented a photobooth installation conceived by Camille Okhio, centered on the iconic Living Tower and inviting visitors to engage with Panton’s radical vision of color, form, and experimentation.
On view May 14–20 Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5:30 PM, Saturday, 11 AM–6:00 PM
Guests joined us for an evening at the Vitra showroom, reimagined as a living environment that blurred exhibition, gathering, and celebration. Conceived by Camille Okhio, the installation drew on Verner Panton’s enduring fascination with experimentation, color, and the future, transforming the space into an immersive, participatory setting.
The evening reflected a broader design philosophy - one that embraces change, iteration, and new ways of working. Alongside the installation, Vitra’s latest introductions explored flexible, evolving environments that respond to contemporary needs.
Guests were invited to move through, engage with, and inhabit the space, experiencing design as something active and in flux.
