From functional ware to sculptural works, there was sure to be something to pique every interest. These pieces represent the resilience and innovation that Detroit is known and admired for.
This exhibition included the work of both emerging and established artists who are pushing the boundaries of clay by experimenting with texture, form, and glaze. Seasoned collectors and the simply curious alike were invited to experience our array of carefully selected artworks.
Curated by Michele, a Detroit native rooted in the city’s creative and industrial landscape, this event reflected a long-standing commitment to supporting Detroit’s makers. Inspired by the city’s legacy of manufacturing and its ever-evolving creative community, Michele has consistently championed artists who embody that spirit of craftsmanship and innovation. Her aim was to uplift local talent through this show and contribute to a broader revival of Detroit’s creative economy.
