On May 13th, as part of the “Italy on Madison” exhibition, the Italian Trade Agency will host a talk curated by Interni Magazine. Held inside the historic ITA townhouse, the evening gathered internationally renowned designers and entrepreneurs to explore how Italian design continues to merge tradition, innovation, and lifestyle.
A talk bringing together American architects and Italian entrepreneurs in a conversation focused on the role of design as a shared language and a tool for regeneration across different cultural and production systems.
Among the speakers: an opening address by Gilda Bojardi, once again ambassador for the Italian Design Day in New York, who will speak on the theme of IDD Re-Design. Regenerating Spaces, Objects, Ideas, Relations. This will be followed by a discussion featuring American designers and architects Marc Fornes, architect; Hani Rashid, architect; and Nao Tamura, designer, alongside business leaders John Edelman, President of Haworth Lifestyle North and South America; Gabriele Salvatori, CEO of Salvatori; and Andrea Sasso, Chairman and CEO of Dexelance.
The discussion will be moderated by Carlo Biasia, architect at Interni.
