We have united the inspiring contemporary art of LUMAS and sculptural furniture designs of Ligne Roset to create a lounge space of immersive discovery and easeful connection. Come mingle and recharge for the duration of the festival with a refreshing beverage in luxurious Ligne Roset comfort within our vibrant SoHo gallery space.

And on Friday night, come celebrate at LUMAS with music, drinks, snacks, and a live presentation by artist Serkan Altinoz featuring his Spirit of Water series. Rooted in the traditional technique of Turkish paper marbling (Ebru) taught by his father, Altınoz moves beyond paper to create art on water, manipulating hand-crushed pigments, acrylics, and enamel paints with flame as a dynamic tool to shape and react with the pigments, often creating intricate, abstract, and organic compositions capturing celestial, tree-like, and dendritic patterns that traditional methods cannot achieve.

About LUMAS: LUMAS was founded with a grand vision - making extraordinary art accessible to all. Our mission is to inspire with the finest limited and signed photo art editions. Our editions are favorites of collectors, designers and culture enthusiasts, and are exhibited internationally at 19 galleries worldwide.

About Ligne Roset: Ligne Roset stands for accessible, lasting luxury rooted in French craftsmanship. Defined by bold, nonconformist design and avant-garde collaborations with leading international designers, the brand creates contemporary, high-quality furniture that shapes modern living.

About Serkan Altinoz: Brooklyn-based artist Serkan Altinoz treats water not as a surface, but as an active collaborator. His practice explores fluid dynamics as a living system — carrying pigment, shifting form, and shaping composition in real time. Rooted in traditional training and continuous experimentation, his work is materially driven and process-led. Altınoz describes his technique as a dialogue between control and surrender, where he manages a delicate balance of chemicals, fire, and water to produce unique abstract works. He works with hand-crushed pigments and natural binders, alongside acrylic and enamel paints and chemical solvents, building layered compositions through controlled interventions that guide flow, dispersion, and surface tension. The resulting work is a record of transformation: precise yet unstable, evolving through repetition and calculated risk.
