In conjunction with the NYCxDESIGN Festival, Pierre Augustin Rose presents an installation in collaboration with Alexandre de Betak at his SoHo gallery, situated in the pulsating heart of Manhattan.

Signaling a new chapter in de Betak’s evolution as both artist and designer, the project interrogates the sofa-bed as a hybrid — at once utilitarian object and sculptural form. Stripped to a serene interplay of upholstered volumes, the installation embodies a shared sensibility for proportion, nuance, and understated elegance.

Through the convergence of Pierre Augustin Rose’s exacting architectural lexicon and de Betak’s instinctive mastery of staging and perception, the gallery space is transformed into a contemplative domestic landscape.
