Domagoj Dukec is Global Director of Design at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, where he leads all aspects of design, including Bespoke and Coachbuild—core pillars of the marque’s contemporary expression of luxury. In this role, he is responsible for shaping the future design direction of Rolls-Royce, balancing innovation with the brand’s enduring principles of craftsmanship and elegance.

Born in Frankfurt with Croatian roots, Dukec developed a passion for automotive design at an early age, ultimately training at the Pforzheim School of Design. He began his career in the late 1990s, holding design roles at major European manufacturers including Volkswagen and Citroën, where he contributed to a range of production and concept vehicles. 

He joined BMW in 2010, rising steadily through the organization. By 2013, he was Head of Exterior Design, and later led design for both BMW i and BMW M. In 2019, he was appointed Head of BMW Design, overseeing the brand’s global design language and leading a team of more than 100 designers through a period of significant transformation. 

After more than a decade at BMW, Dukec transitioned to Rolls-Royce to pursue a more focused and deeply personal approach to luxury design, centered on exclusivity and direct client engagement. Today, he brings a distinctly international perspective and a commitment to creative depth, defining a new chapter in Rolls-Royce design.
