The form is recognizable, yet transformed into a lamp it suggests an elevation of the ordinary. What is commonly invisible becomes deliberate, what is disposable becomes enduring. Shifting memory through material, this lamp asks us to reconsider the quiet design of everyday objects and how designers mediate our relationship with them.
