Renowned designer, educator, and author Josh Owen has unveiled a truly unique creation for Lazzoni: a three-legged chair for relaxation that is as elegant as it is innovative. This masterpiece embodies craftsmanship, utility, and restraint, making it a future collectible.
The 3PC Chaise Longue for Lazzoni utilizes minimal structural components to create optimal support for the human body at rest. Constructed with stainless steel tubing and high-quality reinforced aniline leather slings, the body is cradled in comfort, low to the ground. The traditionally large footprint of this archetype is distilled into three components: back, seat, and footrest. Each piece connects intuitively—without the use of hardware. When disassembled, the chair’s minimalist architecture packs nearly flat into a compact box, enabling easy storage and shipping.
The first 100 chairs produced will be individually signed and dated by the designer, enhancing their exclusivity. The first 10 will be reserved for Lazzoni’s most valued customers, close network, and friends.
On May 16, as part of NYCxDESIGN, the first three chairs will be auctioned to our esteemed guests and visitors—offering a rare opportunity to own a piece of design history.
