Design Pavilion

NYCxDESIGN presented the 2025 Design Pavilion by  Lexus at Hudson Yards Public Square and Gardens.

Lexus Ambiance was an immersive, interactive experience in partnership with the luxury automotive brand. This installation merged Lexus’ cutting-edge design with dynamic sensory elements highlighted by the spectral visual style of artist Nick Thomm.

Offering a glimpse into the future of design and interactivity, Lexus Ambiance allowed visitors to create individualized environments using light as their medium and their presence in the space as their muse—the energy they brought into the space will influence this immersive environment.

In October 2023, NYCxDESIGN presented Design Pavilion in partnership with AIA NY and the Center for Architecture, in celebration of Archtober, NYC’s official architecture festival.
