Design Pavilion
NYCxDESIGN presented the 2025 Design Pavilion by Lexus at Hudson Yards Public Square and Gardens.
Lexus Ambiance was an immersive, interactive experience in partnership with the luxury automotive brand. This installation merged Lexus’ cutting-edge design with dynamic sensory elements highlighted by the spectral visual style of artist Nick Thomm.
Offering a glimpse into the future of design and interactivity, Lexus Ambiance allowed visitors to create individualized environments using light as their medium and their presence in the space as their muse—the energy they brought into the space will influence this immersive environment.
Since 2015, Design Pavilion is New York’s premiere public, outdoor design exhibition, free and open to all, presented annually in the streets, plazas and parks of NYC, in celebration and acknowledgement of the NYCxDESIGN Festival.
