DESIGN SUPRA: Stories of Georgian Hospitality

Georgian culture is a seamless blend of traditions, food, music, crafts, and intentional design. At JAMIERI, we believe that exploring traditional techniques, flavors, and sounds offers a deeper understanding of this unique design perspective. This philosophy of interconnectedness inspired us to create Design SUPRA—an open studio event at the JAMIERI Showroom in Red Hook.

Join us to experience the behind-the-scenes process of a new studio in the making, while immersing yourself in Georgian culture and storytelling. The event will showcase contemporary Georgian designers and music, offering a reflection of the country’s creative spirit across generations. This experience will be complemented by a wine tasting and curated food installations, bringing you the authentic flavors of Georgia.

The event will feature special guest artists Tika Shelia, a Georgian designer and member of Around the Studio, who will present her latest body of work, and Anastasia Kvirikadze, a chef and artist, who will offer a modern take on traditional Georgian cuisine through immersive food installations.
