Beyond our annual Festival, our year-round programming provides a platform for NYC’s diverse design talent, from students and emerging designers to seasoned professionals. Each program fosters connection, education, and inspiration, empowering the next generation to use design as a powerful tool for positive impact and addressing the world’s most pressing needs.
For the first time in years, Design Pavilion, New York’s premier public design exhibition, will coincide with NYCxDESIGN, presenting an immersive, interactive experience in partnership with luxury automotive brand Lexus.
“Lexus Ambiance” will offer visitors a glimpse into the future of design and interactivity, allowing them to create their own personalized environments using light as their medium and their presence in the space as their muse. With immersive and engaging features by artist Nick Thomm, the installation will sit glowing beside the iconic Vessel in Hudson Yards Public Plaza and Gardens.
Design Pavilion will be at Hudson Yards, May 10-19, free and open to all.
