As part of the “Italy on Madison” celebration at the Italian Trade Agency headquarters in New York, Interni Magazine will present a special talk titled “Casa Italiana: Where Design Meets History” on the evening of May 14th. The event is part of a broader exhibition curated by Paola Navone – Studio Otto, which will transform the ITA’s historic Upper East Side townhouse into an immersive tricolor installation celebrating the excellence of Made in Italy.
The talk will bring together Paola Navone and a panel of international designers and entrepreneurs, each contributing to the project with their products, stories, and visions. Together, they reflected on the power of Italian design, its enduring legacy, its capacity for reinvention, and its seamless blend of creativity, craftsmanship, and lifestyle.
Set against the backdrop of an architectural gem symbolic of cultural dialogue between Italy and the United States, the evening will provide a vibrant exchange of ideas. It will underscore the relevance of Italian design as a living language that continues to evolve through innovation, sustainability, and cross-disciplinary collaborations. The talk and exhibition will reaffirm Made in Italy’s influence not just as a hallmark of quality, but as an aspirational, forward-looking way of life.
