SPRING DESIGN SHOWCASE

Scandinavia House, in coordination with NYCxDESIGN week, is pleased to present the SPRING DESIGN SHOWCASE, a day-long event featuring Baltic and Nordic designers who work with upcycling, recycling, and sustainability.

Beginning at 10:30 AM, acclaimed Estonian designers Reet Aus and Eva-Karlotta Tatar will each lead hands-on design fabrication workshops. A panel discussion at 2 PM, featuring guests from the international sustainable fashion industry, will explore themes related to the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals.

A reception will follow the panel, and visitors will have the opportunity to meet and speak with Nordic and Baltic designers working with recycling, sustainability, and upcycling, as well as purchase select items on display.
