On May 16, Space Theory will debut its first street-level retail showroom in Dumbo, Brooklyn, showcasing its streamlined system kitchens. The 8,000-square-foot flagship showroom, located in the iconic Stable Building, will also feature a dedicated preview space for sister brand Henrybuilt, which will move into the upstairs space this fall.
Top interior designers, including Studio DB, Alfredo Paredes, The Brownstone Boys, and Steve Cordony—known for their work with high-profile clients—join a panel at POWERHOUSE Books for Dumbo Design Day. Moderated by a leading design journalist, they’ll discuss monographs, running a studio, and the future of interior design.

Join us at the Mark Jupiter manufacturing studio and showroom for an unfiltered conversation among local creators JAM Architecture, artist Lou Venturelli, interior designer Kathy Eisberg and Mark Jupiter himself. They’ll dive into what it takes to build custom work that doesn’t just fill a space but defines a brand.
As artists and makers are increasingly pushed out of residential neighborhoods, this panel discussion will spotlight how design businesses are not only surviving but thriving in DUMBO Brooklyn.
Stick around after the panel for a guided tour of Mark Jupiter’s new 16,000 sq. ft. workshop to see firsthand how craftsmanship and innovation come together.
Join us for the official closing of the NYCxDesign Festival - with the annual DUMBOxDESIGN Party @Supefine! After a full day of design events in Dumbo - Mingle with leaders from 40+ Architecture Firms, Designers and Artists and celebrate the industry and festival one last time. Walk outside for a wonderful projection show on the Manhattan Bridge at the Dumbo Archway Plaza, steps away from the Party.
